5. Content Submission
5.1. Only authorized publishers, contracted by EarnShorts, can submit content to the Platform.
5.2. Users acknowledge that content on the Platform is provided by publishers, and EarnShorts does not endorse or guarantee the accuracy of such content.
6. Payment Information
6.1. All payment transactions are processed through third-party payment providers, ensuring the security and confidentiality of users' financial information.
6.2. EarnShorts does not store credit/debit card information on its servers.
7. Withdrawals
7.1. Users can request withdrawals from their EarnShorts account, with a minimum withdrawal amount of $1.
7.2. There are no fees associated with the withdrawal process.
7.3. Users understand that withdrawal processing times may vary based on external factors, and EarnShorts is not responsible for delays beyond its control.
8. Refund Policy
8.1. Users may request a refund of their membership fee with a 25% deduction, provided the refund request is made before any withdrawal from the Platform.
8.2. Refund requests should be submitted through the support ticket system on the website.
9. Account Termination
9.1. EarnShorts reserves the right to terminate or ban user accounts involved in illegal activities, the use of hacking or scripting tools for automation, or any misuse of the platform.
9.2. Users will be notified of the reason for termination, and they may appeal the decision through the support ticket system.
10. Intellectual Property
10.1. All intellectual property rights, including copyright, in the content provided by publishers on EarnShorts remain with the respective publishers.
10.2. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the content without explicit permission from the publishers.

12.1. Users can contact customer support through the support ticket system on the website.
